Shawn will help protect police officers as well as Evanston youth, persons with intellectual disabilities and those experiencing homelessness by advocating to expand and improve the Crisis Alternative Response Evanston Program (C.A.R.E.).
Shawn will protect Evanston beaches and expand our urban tree canopy, while advocating for an environmental justice ordinance that protects lower-income neighborhoods and ensures they have equitable access to environmental mitigation resources.
